Shipping Policy
Shipping Days
-
We ship orders every Tuesday (unless it’s a UPS holiday, or we hit a snag with dry ice).
-
Orders placed after 5 PM on Monday will ship the following week. Because we’re rural, with limited dry ice access, we need to send everything out early in the week to keep it safe in transit.
Shipping Costs
-
Meat Orders: Flat rate based on your location anywhere in the continental U.S. (Sorry, no shipping to Hawaii or Alaska right now.)
-
Non-Perishables (Ranch Goods): Flat rate of $12.
Order Size
-
Our flat-rate policy means shipping stays the same no matter how much you order. Team up with friends or neighbors to get the most out of your box!
Timing & Tracking
-
Same-Day Shipping: If you order Tuesday before 5 PM, we’ll do our best to ship the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off will ship the following week.
-
Occasionally, dry ice availability or local weather can cause a short delay.
-
Once your order’s on the truck, you’ll get a tracking email.
Perishable Orders (Meat)
-
Packaging: Each box is packed with about 5 lbs of dry ice and insulated liners to keep meat frozen for 48–92 hours. It’s normal for dry ice to evaporate before delivery.
-
Food Safety: According to USDA guidance, meat is considered safe if it arrives frozen, partially frozen, or at refrigerator temperature (40°F or below). If it arrives above 40°F, it should not be consumed.
-
Please inspect your order immediately on arrival and contact us within 24 hours if you have any concerns.
-
We cannot accept responsibility for packages left unattended after delivery.
Non-Perishable Orders (Ranch Goods)
-
Ranch goods may ship separately from meat orders when needed.
-
Flat-rate shipping is $12 per order.
-
If ranch goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. Approved returns on damaged ranch goods may be eligible for replacement or store credit.
-
All other ranch goods sales are final.
