Shipping Policy

Shipping Days
We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday—as long as it’s not a UPS holiday, or we haven’t hit a snag with dry ice. We’re in a rural area, so things like dry ice access and weather can occasionally cause delays.

Shipping Cost for Meat: To keep it simple, we offer a flat rate based on your location. It’ll range from $29-$69 anywhere in the continental U.S. (Sorry, no shipping to Hawaii or Alaska at the moment.)

Non-Meat Shipping: For any of our non-meat items, shipping is $12 flat.

Order as Much as You’d Like

Our flat-rate policy means your shipping cost stays the same no matter how much you order. So, if you’ve got friends or neighbors nearby, consider teaming up on an order!

Timing and Tracking

Same Day Shipping: If you place an order Monday-Wednesday, we’ll do our best to ship it out that day. Occasionally, things like dry ice availability or weather in our area can mean a day or two delay. Once your order’s on the truck, we’ll send you tracking info.

Shipping Perishables

Packaging: We use top-notch insulated liners and dry ice to keep your meat frozen for 48-92 hours—even if things don’t go exactly on schedule.

Safe to Eat: The USDA says meat that’s colder than fridge temp is safe to eat and refreeze, so your order might arrive frozen or partially frozen, depending on transit time.

Returns & Quality

Perishables: Due to the nature of our meats, we can’t accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, though, reach out—we’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Perishables (Ranch Goods): All ranch goods sales are final, but we want you to be fully satisfied. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know.
