Return and Refund Policy

Perishable Items (Meat Products)

Because we ship perishable food, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or above safe temperature, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.

According to USDA guidance, meat is safe if it arrives frozen, partially frozen, or at refrigerator temperature (40°F or below). If any product arrives above 40°F, it should not be consumed.

While refunds and replacements are not typical due to limited inventory, we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and discuss options with you.

Non-Perishable Items (Ranch Goods)

  • If your ranch goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged item(s) to help us assess the situation. Approved returns on damaged ranch goods will be eligible for replacement or store credit.

  • All other sales of ranch goods are final.
