Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any orders, including perishable and non-perishable items.

Perishable Items (Meats)

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on meat orders. If there’s an issue with your delivery—such as damage during transit or any concerns about quality—please reach out, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Perishable Items (Ranch Goods)

If your ranch goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged item(s) to help us assess the situation. Approved returns on damaged ranch goods will be eligible for replacement or store credit.

All other sales of ranch goods are final.
