Grass-fed WHOLE Lamb Reservations
Experience the Flavor of Ranch-Raised Lamb
Wild Things Ranch lambs are born and raised on diverse rangeland pastures, providing you with flavorful and tender lamb. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis with a $100 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your total when we receive the hanging weights.
Details:
- Icelandic Lambs: Harvested at approximately 80-100 pounds live weight.
- Hanging Weight: Typically ranges from 35-55 pounds.
- Pricing: Based on hanging weight, determined post-harvest.
- Cut and Wrap Fee: Typically $75 for a whole lamb, paid directly to Willowside Meats.
Slaughter and Butchering
Wild Things Ranch arranges the slaughter. Slaughter fees will appear on your butcher invoice. You will select and choose all of your cuts and work directly with the local butcher at Willowside Meats. Payment for butchering costs goes directly to Willowside Meats.
Local Butcher: We only work with Willowside Meats for whole animals.
