Experience the Flavor of Ranch-Raised Lamb$9/lb Hanging Weight

Wild Things Ranch lambs are born and raised on diverse rangeland pastures in Sonoma County, providing you with flavorful, tender meat from a hardy heritage breed.

Reservations are first-come, first-served and require a $100 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your final balance once we receive your lamb’s hanging weight.

Details:

  • Live Weight: ~80–100 lbs
  • Hanging Weight: Typically 35–55 lbs
  • Price: $9/lb hanging weight, determined after harvest
  • Cut & Wrap Fee: ~$75, paid directly to Willowside Meats

Slaughter and Butchering

Wild Things Ranch arranges the slaughter and is covered by U.S.. You will select and choose all of your cuts and work directly with the local butcher at Willowside Meats. Payment for butchering costs goes directly to Willowside Meats.

Local Butcher: We only work with Willowside Meats for whole animals.
