Born and raised right here at Wild Things Ranch, our steers spend the winter grazing open rangeland in Butte County and finish back on the green pastures of our home ranch in Sonoma County.
No shortcuts. No grain. Just good, clean beef raised the way it should be — with mountain air, sunshine, and rotational grazing to steward the land.

What to Expect:
When you reserve a whole beef, you’re investing in a year’s worth of nutrient-dense meat for your family. You’ll work directly with the butcher to customize your cuts — from roasts to steaks to ground beef.
Our beef is rotationally grazed, slow-grown, and grass-finished for rich, full flavor.
How it Works:
- Reserve your beef by placing your $500 deposit.
- We’ll contact you once your steer heads to the butcher
- You’ll work directly with Willowside Meats to select your custom cuts.
- Pick up your beef when processing is complete — stocked freezer, happy family!
