Tristan’s Outlook on the Ranch

My family wasn't really into my ranching business at first, but now they love it! I was just chatting with Tristan about all the fun we've had over the years.

What do you love most about living at the ranch?

"Driving the side by side around… I love riding your quad, too!"

What do you dislike about living at the ranch?

"I don't like driving down the hill!! It takes so long to get anywhere" — me to kid 🤣

What do you love most about ranching/farming?

"I like letting the sheep out into new grass. It's funny when they hop! I really like playing with Maisys puppies. I wish we could keep them all, AND I like when the pigs have new piglets!"

What do you least enjoy about Ranching/farming? 

"I hate electric fencing; it gets tangled, and sometimes ranching makes me tired."

Do you like the animals?

"I love the animals and never want to get rid of them… I love my sheep (Floki) and my dog Baloo. I also love eating the eggs from the coop!"

What do you want to be when you grow up?

"I want to be like grandma! But I want to work at the ranch… I'm going to be a Park Ranger/rancher, but I also want to be a logger."

Things are rarely smooth around here, and chaos seems the norm, but I'm up for the challenge. ♥️
